Our site is protected by SSL when you book, so your payment details are secure. All payment information is handled by our merchant, Worldpay. We are also PCI-DSS compliant. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you. We are only liable for our service fee.
BOOKING A TEST
Once you have paid for your road test we will confirm this via email within 1 hour. You will receive your booking confirmation within 48 hours. It is your responsibility to check you've provided the correct email address as this is the only method of confirmation we provide. If you have not received your road test booking confirmation after 3 days of making your payment, check your junk mail then please contact us at info@directdrivingtests.org immediately with your Booking number. On occasion we may require you to check the information provided in order for us to book your road test, we will contact you via email in this instance.
ADMINISTRATION FEE
Our fee for all services is £25 payable at the time of booking. Our price includes extra services such as obtaining suitable dates for the customer, changing road test appointments and offering help and advice on what to bring to your test.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information we collect via the Website may include. Any personal details you knowingly provide us with through forms and our email, such as name, address, telephone number etc. In order to effectively process credit or debit card transactions it may be necessary for the bank or card-processing agency to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such information will not be transferred out of the EEA for any other purpose. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. All transactions are handled through our accredited merchant.

To the extent permitted by law, we, Road Test Services Ltd, and any third parties connected to us expressly exclude: - All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity. - Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any web sites linked to it and any materials posted on it.This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All cancellations are carried out within 24 hours. However we need 5 clear full working days notice before the test to enable a cancellation of the booking without forfeiting the full amount. Rescheduling is free of charge however cancellation without our fault will be charged up to £25 administration fee depending on the nature of the cancellation. If the Test date has been booked the contract has begun with the consumers agreement before the end of the cancellation period applicable under regulation 12 of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 therefore the cancellation fee applies. A £25 administration fee is payable on all our services in the event of any cancellation or refund given.
